Solution: Create learning sessions that are engaging and relevant to teachers based on their recurring feedback and reflections.

Introducing Test Your Voice, a multilayered experience conducted by trainers who come from similar districts to the teachers they serve. Pizza and Pedagogy or Finger Foods and Florida Standards are few of the education-related topics on the que. These trainings coupled with a book, interactive journal, and individual coaching sessions are the first steps to giving a voice back to the teachers.
